I am so very new to this process. I will make every attempt to provide standards for excellence practices

My goal is to keep everyone informed unless I am dead lol. This was so very helpful. I am beginning to form a board. I gave birth to Art Health & Healing 'Art has the power to heal' . At the present its myself and the graphic designer. It was highly recommended to recruit 3 for voting decisions purposes.

After reading your note I will be sending By Laws & Proposals Docs to the graphic designer. I am meeting him this evening after work for a discussion

Thanks so very much

This is such important information to share and talk about. After losing my husband suddenly/no warning, I was devastated. Two+ years later, I'm still struggling, forever changed by this intense loss. I'm thankful for friends - and friends who are also work colleagues who continue to reach out to me. Unfortunately, I did not receive that same care and empathy from my supervisor who chose to give me a negative performance evaluation after that year because I wasn't "engaged." Unthinkable behavior by someone who should know better. I even took this to the VP of HR who was only interested in protecting the institution. So much more work is needed in this area. Thank you for stepping into the conversation.
